I’ve been here twice now and both times the Genius Bar folks were super nice and rly helpful! My most recent visit was with Josh who was honestly lovely. The only downside is that walking into the store can feel kinda overwhelming (which makes sense because the Eaton Centre is always busy), but it’s hard to know what you’re supposed to do. Most employees were already helping someone and the ones who weren’t didn’t seem super approachable, even when I was clearly standing there looking lost lol so don’t be afraid to just walk up to one of them
I got my new iPhone 17 today and I had a great experience at the Apple Store. Nadia helped me, I was a bit indecisive and I couldn’t choose a color at first but she was so patient with me. Overall, the customer service is great and Nadia is amazing!!
My new iPhone 16 Pro had a WiFi issue, but the store team quickly sorted it out for me! They not only fixed it on the spot but also walked me through what to do if it happens again once I’m home. Super helpful and efficient!
