I can’t say enough good things about Diana! She is so kind, positive, and thoughtful, and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about her clients.

I have curly hair and have had some pretty bad haircuts in the past, so I’m always a little nervous trying someone new. She absolutely nailed my cut. She was incredibly thorough, checked in with me throughout the appointment, and really listened to what I wanted without ever overstepping.

I left feeling so happy with the shape and overall cut. She’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and just such a lovely person to spend time with. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve been coming to Diana for years and go out of my way to visit her whenever I’m in Toronto. She is very attentive and patient in taking through options with me. I have wavy hair and have had some awful cuts in the past but she always gets it right. She’s also helped me achieve a natural look with highlights that doesn’t require maintenance. It’s worth a visit to Diana for her hair washes alone!

I came to Diana yesterday completely frustrated and done with my curly hair. I told her I was planning on getting a straight perm, I couldnt do any more curly girl routines as well as buy any more products I was DONE. She was really gentle and patient in talking to me about my concerns and frustrations, I've never had a stylist put so much care and time into getting to know me and my hair. I came in almost emotional about the whole situation but the time she took to talk to me and build trust meant I was really able to put my guard down and let her enough hope for the both of us to make something work.
