Dr. Kassas is the best orthodontist I’ve worked with (better even than the excellent one I had as a kid). He’s able to glance in my mouth, see exactly what’s going on, and immediately decide on the adjustments that are needed to get us closer to the goal. Very skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. He always answers my (many) questions. Also: orthodontic hygienist Farzana is the MVP and very friendly, patient and communicative. I’ve been in great hands with the team here and am very happy with the whole experience.
The best dental office that is a franchise. From the consultation to the prescribed procedures and treatments, this office left no stones unturned. Very classy, clean well lit atmosphere I would give 7/5 just on customer care alone . Staff and Practitioners 10/5?
