Jeannie and her mother are gems. Very professional. I moved to Toronto not too long ago and this is the first time I have met braiders that are not only talented and caring. I am now a loyal customer and I will never change. They can do any types of braids and they always last very long. If you are looking for reliable and talented braiders this is THE place. Jeannie's mother is the best point blank period!!!!!

My fiancé came for a last minute braid up and they were very accommodating. Although there was a bit of difficulty and confusion over who exactly would be braiding her hair, the woman who ended up doing it (not sure of what her name was exactly), was amazing! She stayed after hours without making it an issue whatsoever to ensure the style was finished completely and even gave her the extra package of left over braiding hair. The braids were done neatly and tightly and have held since (writing this a week later) and she works extremely well with all hair types. I had a great experience at the salon! I was traveling for few days to Toronto from the US and had a chance to have my hair done just the way I liked it!
