Fast response to emails, good pricing for no-frills service. I forgot to order an urn, but there was no pressure to do so at the meeting to pick up the ashes. Aquamation took ten days. longer than cremation, because there are not many aquamation facilities in the Toronto area. Overall an excellent experience.

Lance and Alex took wonderful care of my mother ensuring we had ample time to say goodbye and moved her from our home to the transport vehicle gently and with dignity. Amanda Lang, our Funeral Director, contacted us in advance regarding the date to pick up my mother's ashes and she went over all relevant materials and information required for moving forward after a loved one passes.
