Absolutely wonderful. Laz assisted by Dmitri. Replaced old water heater and a bunch of corroded pipes and hoses; also put in new toilet tank fixture and cleaned some glass that I had broken while fiddling with the toilet. This was right after a big snowstorm, freezing cold, and they had to shovel their way through 2ft of snow and ice to get the water heater to the basement door on the side of the house. They explained everything until I (little old lady) understood. Incredibly nice guys and superb at their work.
