I worked at this agency 7.5 years and I can tell you that 9thCO is a real gem for a few main reasons: The office is free of politics and resulting team vibe is great and lets you focus on collaboration knowing your hard work comes back to you in the end (they also promote from within based on merit rather than favourites or seniority, which is great). Though I'm from North of the city, I wanted to work with a website agency that's in Toronto, and I chose 9thCO based on a referral.
