James is fantastic! He promptly returned my call and, instead of needing a service visit, he walked me through the issue over the phone. He was reassuring and helpful the entire time. It turns out the problem with my Epson EcoTank printer is a common and easily fixable issue that he sees often. I also found that he was the only business around that services printers, while others couldn't assist. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things!! Called about a failed hard disk/broken windows 11 that my business partner had constructed himself, but it got corrupted suddenly.I called a few places and no one seemed to know even the error code I was talking about, but when I called them right away the gentleman I was talking to knew the error code and I felt at ease.On top of that he was so calm/genuine and helped guide us on how to save our data (business files) so grateful!! What a positive experience

James did an awesome job. He hooked up our printer and got it working, and he fixed my slow computer. Very professional and he really knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone who wants their computer fixed to call him.
