Workmanship was excellent but communication with me was pretty much non existent. They ended up having an out of town emergency and had to reschedule but wasn't able to confirm a new date/time; a tech just showed up in the morning days later expecting me to available...they were very unorganized. I told the owner I was dissatisfied; he apologized and told me he would look into the issue but I never received a follow up or explanation.

I purchased a wall mount Garage door opener and had issues out of the box. When I brought it back Chris promptly took care of me and rectified the problem that same day. Good service, will be returning next time I need parts or service.
