We woke up this morning to a very cold house, good ol' northern Ontario winter luck, our furnace wasn't running. We called Theriault Plumbing and Heating and had to leave a voicemail. However, Dan called back fairly quickly. Over the phone, he went over a few steps we could take to make the furnace work again without having to send a technician, he explained he's seen it all too often it being an easy fix and did not want to make people waste their money! I was able to check over the areas he described and of course, it was an easy fix I was able to do myself. We are grateful for his kindness, in both helping us get the heat going as soon as possible, as well as saving us hundreds of dollars. Thank you!

Recently I was going through a very difficult time trying to get our hot water tank fixed by an out of town contractor. After five days without hot water the situation was finally resolved thanks to Line who provided support and encouragement to not give up.

Our furnace died on a Saturday night in a Timmins winter - never fails! Theriault Plumbing was the only plumbing business to answer their phone! I was so impressed and within an hour, they had someone at our home, assessed the situation and brought room heaters in to ensure the house did not freeze! Within a week, they received the part and repaired the furnace and the plumbing. They communicated with us every step of the way. The customer service delivered by Team Theriault was exceptional.
