I’m associated with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario and Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario. I completed an upper cervical mobilization, lumbar mobilization and shoulder mobilization course as well as deep tissue technique course. Massage therapy relieves muscle pain, removes tension from stress accumulated from daily activities and enable the body to heal more efficiently from sports injuries. I treat a variety of conditions which include musculoskeletal injuries, overuse injuries, conditions of the central nervous system, postural dysfunction, peripheral nervous system dysfunction and much more.
