XSX needed an HDMI port replacement and Elitegeeks is the only spot in town.There was a miscommunication with one of the owners staff which unfortunately set an unrealistic timeline on Chad.He came through in the end and got it back out the door in the time it was needed and back to perfect condition.Wouldn't hesitate to do business here again.

(6 month update) I'm a little disappointed, one of the first things I asked when I went here is what price is this item, they then tell me they use the website "Pricecharting. com" for their prices.That would be fine but the problem I have is the two last times I've been I've been they charged me the CIB (complete in box) prices for the loose games. DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICE YOUR SELF IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING FROM HERE!You try to support local and you put your trust in them and their ability to price the games as they tell you they do but unfortunately I feel as tho they are taking advantage of their customers.For that reason I'm lowering my rating.
