Went to see Jeff for the first time and he had some machines already built. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some options and answered all my questions. Bought a machine and picked it up the next day after Jeff had let it run, set a few things up and made sure all was running fine. Never tried it out until that evening. It didn't want to boot up for me. Called Jeff the next day and he came over that afternoon and had it running in a couple minutes. I owned a laptop and it stopped working and decided to visit JLH for assistance. The problem was diagnosed immediately and I required a new laptop. Jeff was extremely helpful and certainly is knowledgeable. I purchased a refurbished HP Elitebook, all set up and ready to go, from Jeff and am very happy with it. I would highly recommend reaching out to Jeff for all your computer needs. He is trustworthy and honest about a client's needs.

Can’t say enough good things! I had a Gaming PC I did some updates on and messed it up took it to a PC shop downtown Tillsonburg. Went in explaining I need to wipe computer and reinstall windows. Got a call saying my motherboard was fried and my NVMe SSD was no good no more. And recommended I get a new CPU in case that is gone too as they couldn’t check it. As you could imagine I was shocked and just thought Oo this could be a big bill to replace. So I decided to get second opinion and paid them $60 for pretty much nothing. When I brought it to JLH he said I’ll take a look and let you know next day he called and said it good to go. The only issue was my power supply... read full review
