I typically do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others who may be considering Yellow Jacket Property Services. In October 2024, I signed a contract with the company for a project that was scheduled to begin within two weeks. A significant deposit was paid. While there was some initial communication, the project was never started. By January 2025, I had not heard from Mr. Kelso since November 19, 2024, despite multiple attempts to reach him. I repeatedly requested a refund, clarification on the project timeline, or an explanation for the lack of progress, but received no response and no effort was made to resolve the situation.
