When I walked into the dealership was greeted right away if I needed help ▪︎spoke to Rob Russell he is the best knowledge and listened to what i wanted • the whole dealership is amazing to the sales people the finance the managers Had an amazing experience dealing with them • I'd highly recommend them • they have the best customer experience •

I have generally had very good service from Wayne Toyota, especially from Nick Ryan Ashworth in the sales department. I have purchased my last two vehicles there, and have had nearly all of my servicing done in house as well. As per, I booked in for my spring tire change over, along with an oil change, inspection, and transmission flush. I made the appointment for 9:30am, as I needed to be at work later that afternoon. My service advisor said I should be able to have it back around noon. Nope. Noon came, and she sent a text to say closer to 3. Went to Wayne Toyota for the first time to look at a Tundra. The sales associate that assisted me in the purchase of my truck was not only courteous, but knowledgable, and extremely friendly. If youre looking to buy a new or used vehicle go and talk to Chris Allen. This man will hear and listen to your needs and wants and assist you in every way possible. Made the experience seemless and as joyful and paniless as possible.
