    I have generally had very good service from Wayne Toyota, especially from Nick Ryan Ashworth in the sales department. I have purchased my last two vehicles there, and have had nearly all of my servicing done in house as well. As per, I booked in for my spring tire change over, along with an oil change, inspection, and transmission flush. I made the appointment for 9:30am, as I needed to be at work later that afternoon. My service advisor said I should be able to have it back around noon. Nope. Noon came, and she sent a text to say closer to 3. The shuttle was arriving to pick me up when she let me know that it would now be closer to 3:45. "We're very busy here today." Yes, I understand, but I BOOKED an appointment, and I make plans for my day around not having a vehicle for a reasonable amount of time, so it's problematic when I have to sort out extra hours without it. To be clear, the work was done as it should, and I have no issue with the servicing of the vehicle itself, but this isn't the first time the service department has been unable to complete scheduled (routine) work within the time frame they arranged.

    In February of 2022, I ordered a Toyota Sienna, but due to the limited number available, I didn't receive it until September of 2023, 19 months and 4 days after it was ordered. While waiting for this vehicle was stressful, I wanted to acknowledge the excellent service I received from the salesperson I ordered through, Nick Ashworth. It's relatively easy to keep a purchaser happy when they are waiting for a week, but much harder when the wait is over a year and a half. Nick truly went above and beyond to keep me updated, to advocate for me, and to make sure the transfer process was as smooth as it could possibly be when the vehicle arrived in Thunder Bay. He was consistently professional, courteous, and empathetic in his communications with me. He responded to my inquiries in a timely and detailed manner, and kept me updated on a regular basis. When my vehicle finally arrived, he was just as happy for me as I was. The sales process was exceptionally smooth; Nick was well-prepared and knowledgeable. I felt that he listened to my needs and helped me decide on the vehicle which would best meet the demands of my life. He listened carefully to my questions and was thoughtful in his replies. When the vehicle arrived in Thunder Bay, I had a tight timeline to finalize the paperwork due to my work schedule, and I appreciated Nick's and Dania's flexibility in working within my timeline. Nick also encouraged me to return at a later date if I had any questions; an offer I plan on taking him up on since the technology in this new vehicle is a big leap over what I had access to before. There were a few accessories that were either arriving late or needed to be added on to the package (my error), and Nick once more went above and beyond to make sure that it was easy to finish accessorizing the vehicle. I want to point out that this was after the purchase of the vehicle was completed, when he had no obligation to help me - but he did. Overall, I felt Nick was an exceptional salesperson. He made the purchasing experience as positive and low-stress as it could possibly be under the circumstances, and I plan on returning to him in the future when I purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend him. A few other notes regarding the dealership itself - I consistently found it to be clean and well organized. I appreciated the greetings when I arrived - I never felt like I was standing around waiting for someone to notice me. The entire staff was friendly and professional - they left a very good impression. Dania (Financial Services) was also exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable - she patiently led me through the process of purchasing the vehicle (it had been a while!) and showed great flexibility in working with my timelines for completing all of the paperwork.
