I’ve have bad the best experience working with Rebecca with my hair at the Beauty House Tbay. She is an expert in what she does and I admire her advice and recommendations. She always has made my hair look flawless, despite the condition. I’ve also got to work with Reanne, and she is super amazing. Thank you <3
Absolutely unprofessional on every level.
Very difficult to even secure an appointment or product in a timely manner.
I had a horrible experience with the owner. I did everything as a client responsibility to make the appointment procedure as well as the interactions with her go smooth.
She was so very rude and disconcerting as to her behavior regarding the appointment.
I just moved to Thunder Bay from the Ottawa area, and i also am a business owner in the beauty industry, so I am fully aware of expectations and duty.
This by my standards were far below the bar of any salon ive attended or my own that ran. Also,have to disagree with previous review left...read full review
