I called about a possible wheel bearing problem, they checked it out and found nothing wrong, and reassured the safety of the vehicle... no charge was made! Outstanding auto shop. Will absolutely recommend!

Rob has always been fair with me, so I have no problem recommending him to everyone. I have recommended him to many, which includes family and friends and none of them have ever had a bad word to say about the work done or customer service.

As I was passing trough Thunder Bay on a cross country road trip, my car needed some emergency repairs due to a leaking radiator. Not knowing anybody in Thunder Bay, I realized I was in a vulnerable situation. I contacted Rob and explained the problem. He made place for my car in his shop, did a quick and good quality job and we were able to continue our trip in just a few hours. He even offered to give me a lift to the hotel where we were staying and picked me up when the repair was done.I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for an honest and trustworthy garage.Thank you, Rob!
