I had lost all my wonderful memories on my phone while visiting my daughter. I called Enrico and he promptly returned my phone call. He worked within my budget and he got all my pics back. He is exceptional...so personable and genuine. Thank you Enrico...I was very very thankful.
Excellent service and technical ability! I had a 3 1/2 inch floppy drive that I needed to recover data from. I took the disk to many businesses in Thunder Bay, but they were unable to recover the data. I even spent two full days with Microsoft trying to recover the data, to no avail. By sheer luck I stumbled across Protec-IT and was surprised and relieved to find out that they specialize in data recovery. Their service needs to be made more well-known, as they were the only ones able to recover the data. Thank you!
