She was knowledgeable, professional, gentle, and kind and explained the procedure and what it would entail. She made me feel very comfortable even to find out there wouldn't be freezing lol. So nice to meet you and I will be back for more! Oh and beautiful jewelry. My ears have been happy with no allergic side effects whatsoever. Prices were higher than expected but for what your getting I think it is fair. Very happy customer here.“
