The staff are always good and the groomers do their best. I don't have an issue with this location. Online pick up can be tedious at times but I'm sure I just picked a bad day. I've been shopping there for years and will continue to do so.
*Update: Ever since the pandemic, calls to the grooming station remain unanswered. Walk ins are hit or miss. This has been going on for years. Very difficult to make an appointment for just a nail trim. Too bad the company can't get their act straight. The groomers continue to do their best and it's not their fault.

Update February 2024 The pandemic seems to have caused a large turnover. YAY They're intelligent and knowledgeable and extremely helpful, kind and not rushing you on so he can deal with. Overall a huge step forward.Staff are not very helpful, in fact the woman that was working when I was there was very very rude.

I took my 8 month old golden retreaver puppy for his first big boy hair cut today. He had such a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed his day of pampering. He was smiling from ear to ear all the way home and definitely had a little extra pizazz to his strutt. He looked so handsome and he sure knew it. Thank you Jade P. for making my little boy feel pampered and special. ? ?
