I came in at 8:45 while they were mopping and had many questions about taking a cat on a flight.
They were so helpful and knowledgeable, and took their time to answer the questions even though they were closing in 15 mins. They did not rush me, and told me to take my time.
I felt bad about being there so late, but what amazing staff to be so accommodating and kind when I was so worried about the trip. 5/5 ?

Great pet store they seem to have a ton of variety for our 4 legged friends furry or scaley! I shop here for fish stuff and fish! They have a great selection and there fish keeper does a awesome job, very helpful, has great insight on tanks and fish types! Recommended for sure make sure you deal with Malcom for fish!

I love pet value on Arthur St Thunder Bay. The store staff is always happy and helpful. However, the two ladies that do the grooming are top notch. I absolutely love taking my dog there and continuing to do so even tho I moved across town! Love these gals!
