In Thunder Bay, I would only ever consider Paul Davis for work done through an insurance company. I have had several experiences with them and they are light years ahead of any local competition which I regrettably have also had experience. Quality work, punctual and understanding.

From the outset, the insurance adjuster was prompt at responding to our water situation in the basement. The "clean up" was handled quickly and with the greatest concern for our heightened anxiety. PD worked with the Insurance Company in expediting resolution to several of our concerns regarding damaged items and quickly identified what qualified for replacement under the terms of the insurance policy (which was difficult given the fact that we were dealing with a novice claims agent).It took several months. to resolve some issues BUT the bottom line was that PaulDavis was there for us and always had our best interest in the forefront. I'm extremely happy and grateful with PaulDavis Thunder Bay! I found the whole staff team to most importantly be very informative/knowledgeable, but also very respectful, kind, compassionate, and truly caring as well. This company not only had the best interests for my property in mind, but also what was best for my pocketbook too! I had a severe icedamning that involved the entire rear first and second floor of my home and renovations that needed to be completed that went well beyond the insurance coverage allotment.
