Made a late service call after trying to diagnose my problem. The gentleman (Joe) came on time and had the issue resolved in 15 minutes. Great customer service from front desk to field staff, and the rates are decent too. Highly recommended and will use again.

Installed a new main breaker box, to replace old boxes. The electrician was professional, and seemed very knowledgeable, and concerned with doing the job right. He identified issues with old setup that should have been brought up with prior electricians we used in the past. We will be using them again.Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Yesterday (June 16, 2022) at 3 PM a 40 foot tree fell on a power line & cut off hydro service to our camp. Within the hour both a Hydro 1 employee & 2 Park Electric employees attended our camp to restore service. The Hydro 1 representative who was first to arrive was very pleasant, extremely resourceful and helped to remove the fallen tree from the driveway to allow Park employees access to our camp.
