Yesterday (June 16, 2022) at 3 PM a 40 foot tree fell on a power line & cut off hydro service to our camp. Within the hour both a Hydro 1 employee & 2 Park Electric employees attended our camp to restore service. The Hydro 1 representative who was first to arrive was very pleasant, extremely resourceful and helped to remove the fallen tree from the driveway to allow Park employees access to our camp. The two Park employees were also very customer service focused, were very organized & 100% committed to solving our problem. We were very, very impressed by how the Parks Electric employees co-ordinated the restoration of our service with Hydro 1. They remained on site at our camp communicating with their partners, dealing with call centres in Barrie, Ontario & were exceptional in explaining to us the steps required to restore hydro service. By 6:30 Parks had completed their potion of the work & communicated with Hydro 1 that hook up could be activated. At 6 AM this morning (June 17, 2022) A Hydro 1 employee knocked on our camp door to waken us & advise that service to our camp was restored! This entire problem was solved in 15 hours !! Thank you Hydro 1 & Thank you Park Electric for your exceptional customer service. The way your company employees communicated with each other & with us to solve our problem was exceptional. You are exemplary for your customer service,
