I am so lucky to have this business in my neighbourhood. My laptop 's battery died and couldn't figure out why. Checked all the connections. All were working perfectly. I brought it in to PC Medic and they quickly determined that my Power Supply plug - in to the Lap Top was dead. They offered to order me a new one and it arrived within a day. Works perfectly. Thanks PC Medic for the quick diagnosis and fix to my problem. Highly recommended!

Doug has been helping me out with my computer needs for many years now as I was bootstrapping an old PC and finally upgraded to a new PC to which he transferred all of my data in a very timely manner, and I am super impressed with my new machine!!

They're good listeners, they answered all my questions, were patient, respectful and I felt really good communicating with them over the phone and via email. I am so happy they repaired my laptop.
