I recently had the pleasure of dealing with a remarkable customer service representative from Money Mart while trying to obtain a Mastercard. Mr. Lijoy was really helpful.He showcased a profound knowledge of the Mastercard application process, addressing all my inquiries with precision and clarity. What stood out the most was the representative's commitment to providing outstanding customer service. He efficiently guided me through the application process, meticulously explaining each step and required documentation.I would not hesitate to seek their assistance again in the future.

Holly is wonderful! Very friendly and very helpful! She made my experience at her location very stress free! Big thumbs up!! All the staff at this location are great! I love how I can talk about my hockey team and I don't get judged ..even tho its not the same team that a certain staff member is fond of. LOL

Yesterday was the second time I dealt business with one of their staff - Holly, I believe was her name. I visited the site again to send money overseas via Western Union. Doing business with Holly was indeed a nice experience! She facilitated the money transfer accurately & quite easily..fast, precise, honest and courteously pleasant all throughout.
