Hi team, I would like to thank everyone who works at Midas Thunder Bay. If it wasn’t for you guys we would have never made it to our final destination.. Just a little back story.. we drove for 3.5hours without heat in the (red Ford) truck while towing another car.. as we left the final gas station I felt the heat not working and we had to make the choice, with a limited amount of money. We had to keep going, it was -20 degrees C with a feels like temp of -30deg C. You guys were sent from God!! I really believe it. Very helpful staff. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very professional. Once I got to the shop, they took my car in quickly and the work took less than 2 hours. I will for sure be back here again. Thank you!

Here I was travelling from Banff to Toronto for a funeral and had an issue with my catalytic converter. These folks at Midas were absolutely phenomenal. Found the part needed had me up and running in a few hours. Would recommend these guys any day of the week.
