When I woke up to a cold house this morning, I called three companies. I found Lakehead Burner's number in the actual yellow pages. Sandy was the first to return my call and she helped walk me through basic troubleshooting and the problem was quickly solved without having to send anyone to my house. Sandy's customer service was kind and supportive. They will by my go-to company for all my heating needs.
