This company came and installed my new furnace for reliance and did a great job. When I contacted them to come and fix the furnace in my garage I had spoken to a woman at their office, she advised that they do not work on furnaces that they have not installed. She did state that there was a couple of companies that she could refer me too for assistance. Approx 2 weeks prior I had spoken to a man at their office who stated he would send someone to come fix it. I advised the woman of this and she stated that she would have to speak to someone and call me back.
