“First of all, Rob understands how furnaces works. A brief discussion with him about what I did and experienced, and he came over with the part I needed. He checked out other aspects of my heating system and corrected a few issues I had developed. I plan to have him over in the Spring to correct some issues put in with the original installer. Even I can see that the original installer did not have all the parts and/or the time.
