I was in Thunder Bay visiting my son who is a student at Lakehead, and I asked H & H if they could replace the windshield washer fluid pump in his 2005 Matrix. The woman at the front desk was very polite and fit me in at 8:00 AM the next morning. The mechanic quickly determined that the washer fluid had froze and that the pump still worked, they thawed it out, drained it, and I was on my way in 45 min! I’m very grateful for their flexibility and skill, and I would send my son there again if he ever needs any work done on his car.
I recently brought my car in for an oil and filter change, brake check, and tire rotation to get ready for the upcoming winter season, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff was very attentive and professional from start to finish. Response times were excellent, and their communication was clear and helpful throughout the entire process.

Amazing service! My fiancée was driving cross canada and her car broke down just outside thunderbay… We called every garage that was still open at 5:15pm and nobody had availability until the next week. H&H were the first to say they might be able to have a look at it the following day, with no promises. We had the car towed there. In the meantime, everyone we spoke to in the area seemed to have nothing but good things to say about H&H. Sure enough, by 10:30 am received a diagnosis with a quote. The car was fixed by the end of the day, despite being short staffed. Miracle workers over here! Highly recommend you bring your business here.
