The business has recently been sold to a new owner. If you've met Steve, you know it's a 100% turn around from the previous owner. He personally offered me cross town transit to and from my appointment. And the price of my install was well within reason. Cheaper than anyone else in town, but close enough to not raise suspicion (435$ vs 520$ & 480) - obviously reflecting the reduced overhead of a one man shop.I am very satisfied with my experience and I hope to see grasshoppers continue this trajectory going forward. I will definitely be returning again for my next windsheild replacement.

If I could give a0 star I would! The owner Jerry is a very unprofessional business person! Had windshield replaced and within 3weeks it cracked. I called him and he made me go there 3 times for him to look at it. He hung up on me saying he didn’t want to say something he couldn’t unsay?! Finally agreed to go “see” what caused the crack. Made appt and when I got there he said he was busy, had to come back again! He confirmed my appt 1/2 hr before I got there too! He would not cover it and said distributor wouldn’t cover it, as there was a chip below the molding? so ended up paying for new glass at cost and taxes.. all in I paid 775 for a 225 windshield!! Had my front window replaced here, the job was done in a little over an hour (other places wanted my vehicle for the day). Staff was friendly, letting me watch them work from a safe distance if I wanted or offered a seat to wait.
