Pleased with services! Although I needed a hard to get part, GAC placed an order and it showed up after a back order wait. It was worth it as my Samsung washer is good as new. Counter staff are friendly, polite and attentive and the service technician was knowledgeable, thorough and left my home laundry room tidy and in good order. His inspection and installation was well explained and he was friendly and polite as well.Highly recommended and please be patient for these back order parts. They do show up eventually!??

Been dealing with this company quite a few times. Awesome customer service and never let us down on their repairs. I highly recommend this great company. It’s hard to find this quality service in today’s day and age. Thanks for the great service.

brought my washer to this company around noon yesterday, without an appointment. spoke to a fellow named Kevin. unloaded the washer to the back. went on my way. 4 hours later I get a phone call that my washer is fixed and ready to go :) thank you very much folks, and for a very reasonable price!
