The 5 yr old had 2 loonies and the 3 yr had -a nickel. They chose some carnations. I tried to slip the lady a twenty but with a slight of hand she managed to refuse it. She took the coins and gave the children the pride of buying for Mommy. Even when the 3 yr old requested her coin back , she smiled and returned it ?“
