First of all, Rob understands how furnaces works. A brief discussion with him about what I did and experienced, and he came over with the part I needed. He checked out other aspects of my heating system and corrected a few issues I had developed. I plan to have him over in the Spring to correct some issues put in with the original installer. Even I can see that the original installer did not have all the parts and/or the time.

I can count on Rob to do the job right! His number is on my contact lists - keeping a furnace running today is paramount to having a happy family.

Excellent service and extremely efficient with locating the issue with our furnace, obtaining the part and installing it. We had some furnace problems over the past month. Rob fixed the furnace each time. It is about 25 years old. When the tenant called the third time that there was no heat I called Economy Heating and asked to have a new furnace installed. That was Friday afternoon. He as able to get a furnace and installed it the next day. I find that he is very efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Economy Heating for anyone who wants prompt and affordable service.
