Saurabh was amazing , he answered all my questions ... Set me at ease... told me about the credit optimizer and called me back quickly and respectfully. I work in Customer Service and he is an asset for you. I also spoke to Mihir when I went to leave a review for Saurabh and couldn't figure out how to leave a review... He stayed on the phone, helping me, politely not bothered by my asking . Very pleased with both of your employees .
