The detailing team pays attention to every detail, leaving vehicles looking spotless inside and out. The car wash provides a good rinse with plenty of soap, and the pricing is considered fair, especially with a flat rate option. Many customers highly recommend Dusty's for quality service and express their intention to return for future car care needs.
Purchased the Bronze package for $89, worth every Penny. My car was cleaned remarkably inside and out. I would highly recommend Dusty’s. Great customer service as well.
I brought my car to Dusty’s for a silver detail. I had booked an appointment for today at 9:00 on March 4th so we dropped off my car at 8:50. They let my boyfriend know they couldn’t start working on it until 12:00 which was slightly annoying because I had booked the 9:00 appointment estimating it’d be done 4-6 hours later, as per the estimates on their website, and I needed it as the nature of my job requires travel between multiple locations. We left it and didn’t hear anything all day. At 3:40, my boyfriend called them to see if it would be ready soon and they said it wasn’t going to be done today. This was again quite frustrating because I had already been out a vehicle longer than expected but I wasn’t expecting it to go into the following day as well… my boyfriend spoke to the young man working and let them know we needed my vehicle today as I would need it to get to work the next day so he said they would stay late to finish it and call us when it was ready. It was finished at 5:40 and they gave us a call. We picked it up, appreciative of the fact that it had been finished although later than expected. That said, the actual detail work is fantastically done - it feels like a new car. It smells great, everything is spotless, and I would definitely consider returning with the information I have now about operations. It would be helpful for them to include information when you book an appointment that booking an appointment doesn’t actually mean they will start your car at that time or finish that day for planning purposes.
