Had a tire issue after having my winters put on at the dealership. Losing air out the gate, they continued to tell me how busy they were and couldn't accommodate me. After putting air into my tire daily and reaching up to twice a day after a week, I called D&M. The guy on the phone said, yeah we can help you out, bring it in. 50 minutes later, my tire was fixed. Extremely amazing customer service, quick and super helpful. Thank you D&M. I will be back and will recommend to others.

D and M Automotive is a solid place if you're looking for reliable service. The owner and the mechanics are very respectful and professional. These days, it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys take the time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand—no confusing technical terms, just straight talk. I brought my Chrysler 200 in for a coolant issue, and they figured it out quickly and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, a good experience.
