Monday the 25th of May, Shruti went above and beyond to help me get my new phone up and running after I was pickpocketed a couple days before. I was getting the run around from 4 other stores/phone providers who's employees ended up giving me misinformation and no assistance with even just the outright PURCHASE of a phone. What I thought would be quick and easy to put behind me, ended up being quite messy.
Shruti will never truly know the impact she made on me that day. She truly made sure I was taken care of and took on the walls that were being put in my way. Not to be hyperbolic, but I left the store with a whole new look on the BestBuy Brand as a whole. From now on… read full review

I bought a canon tr7620a printer earlier this year, only to find out months later I can’t download the software for it because it’s not listed on the site anymore. When you buy any new electronic item you expect that it should work for several years at least.

I sent a friend who brought my lap top to store and specifically asked to buy and have installed an internal battery. She was told to buy an external battery online which I already done as both needed replacing. She was very explicit in her request.
