Great experience! Chad was great and very knowledgeable. They came the same day for our furnace. Told us our furnace was in good shape but that we would need to replace our control board. They called around to suppliers and gave us a quote for the part which was half the price quoted by Reliance who told us "At that price you might as well replace your furance." No up sale, just an honest conversation. Same day replacement. Couldn't be happier!
The guys at Performance Heating and Air were great. Actually saved me a ton on money. Came in and trouble shooted a problem my usual HVAC company quoted me almost 2 grand to fix.. Performance got me up and running again for under $400.. thx again.
Excellent service. Boiler would not light, issue was diagnosed in less than 10 min. New vent damper control was put on order before technician left (specialty part). Returned when part came in, installed and verified operation. Couldn’t be happier with the service and technician, highly recommended.
