I’ve had two great experiences with this business.
The first was last year after I got my car. I had a tire repaired/changed somewhere else, and the person who did it didn’t have the tool to reset my dashboard. Even though this shop did NOT do the tire repair, they reset it for me free of charge. That really stood out to me.
Because they were so kind, I decided to go back for my oil change. During my second oil change, something that I wouldn’t have been able to see or even known about got damaged. What impressed me most was that they didn’t try... read full review

We were in a jam this morning, and one call to Rob at Julie's Tire & Auto and he had us fixed up pronto, so we could get on with our day. They are always there when you need them!

I can’t say enough good things about Julie’s Tire & Auto, especially Rob Brandon. Rob’s customer service was truly exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to understand the issue, explained everything clearly, and came up with smart, practical solutions instead of quick fixes. What really stood out was how far he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that I felt confident and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep knowledge, great problem-solving skills, and genuine care for the customer—but Rob does exactly that.
