I have used Simon's services for my older car (Brakes).
Simon took care of it and last week, I leased a NEW BMW-X3. I noticed 2 days later that I had scratch and was of course very upset.
I went to see Simon this afternoon.
He told me, somebody must have done it, as it was all paint. Took a special cream and cleaned, like new.
He refused to charge me for the service!
