I’m very happy to shop for my cat Sky at this Pet Valu location. The staff are truly caring and attentive. From the moment I walk in, the first question is always, “How can I help you?” Erica and Ryan are especially kind — they always help me carry the heavy litter box and even bring it to my car. I also appreciate all the other staff who work there; I may not know everyone’s names, but they are always kind, welcoming, and supportive. It feels good to support a place where people genuinely care about their customers and their pets.
