Hi, I visit this Beautiful place last year for my pain, The team, absolutely are Amazing and very friendly, The owner of this place really care about your satisfaction, there follow up absolutely amazing.
Also Emily the angel one, she is the best , friendly, great personality, good heart, and the job she do 100 times better then other place i visit before, overall i am very very satisfied with them.

I started with Mech when my right hand became swollen and weak and my neck was hardly moving and I was not able to reach anything higher than my shoulder.
I had a few sessions with physiotherapist and exercises to do at home and in a month I became a different person. I even dare to row at the canoe trip.
In a year I got a terrible headache , Emergency didn’t help,. My doctor prescribed me medication that worked, but when on my session with physiotherapist I mentioned about this she replied: »You will recover without tablets ».
She showed me exercises that I am doing about two years by now and I forgot about my headache.

I’m very Happy I was referred by a Friend to Mech Physiotherapy for my lower back pain…. I felt the warmth and compassion and care of the staff as soon as you enter.
