I have known and used Majestic Home Inspection since 1994 (30+ years). Steve has inspected over 5 properties for me. Some of these properties were pre-offer (2010 bidding war time period) where as a result of the home inspection, I did not put in offer. Steve provided a very thorough explanation of the condition on the properties that were purchased and those that were not. Many friends and relatives were referred to Majestic Home Inspection because of the thoroughness of their inspections.
