Took me a little time to review this but I'm feeling the disappointment now after remembering I spent $200+ after leaving, my main problem was not totally about the money because I feel for a good job and good quality things should cost money! Main problem: the girl who washed my hair after color was horrible as hell! she told me it would be more difficult since my hair is long? lol so she accidentally slapped me in my face w my own hair .. whatever no big deal I guess but i felt no comfort of feeling of being in a relaxing salon moment. I have been coming to the salon for over 7 years. Tina has always been my stylist and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Everything from my weekly blow dry to haircuts, root touch up and highlights, I always leave happy. Front desk staff and assistant extremely efficient, polite and helpful.
I gave them a try for a manicure, and I regret it. I paid a lot and it doesn't even last a week and the worst is I almost get yelled at because I changed my mind after putting on nail polish for two nails! I felt so uncomfortable that I just went with a color that I didn't like and also canceled my original plan to do French!
