Took me a little time to review this but I'm feeling the disappointment now after remembering I spent $200+ after leaving, my main problem was not totally about the money because I feel for a good job and good quality things should cost money! Main problem: the girl who washed my hair after color was horrible as hell! she told me it would be more difficult since my hair is long? lol so she accidentally slapped me in my face w my own hair .. whatever no big deal I guess but i felt no comfort of feeling of being in a relaxing salon moment. Would give zero stars if possible for awesful service. My elderly mother went here the other day to get her eye brows done thinking it was safe. But surprise they did an awful job and even burned her skin around her eyes. I don't how they train people here but they could do some serious damage to someone's face leaving hot wax on them. I want warn people not to go here for anything. They can't even do a simple wax job properly, without hurting someone.

A price was quoted over the phone for my balayage but the actual price I was charged was much, much higher, the highest I have paid to date, equivalent to Yorkville prices despite this being a random mall salon. Plus, the customer service was poor and bizarre, with the hair stylist having a condescending and impatient attitude. Definitely not going back.
