Joseph runs a great shop. He's straightforward, honest, and clearly knows what he's doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained things in a way that made sense, and fixed everything without trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. Fair price and good communication. If you need a reliable repair, Joseph is the guy to see.
Joseph Liu at Fujitech has been wonderful in resolving various problems with my laptop on at least three occasions in the last couple of years. He is highly competent, efficient, trustworthy, reliable and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone experiencing computer issues.
We have been using their services for many years - knowledgeable, courteous, fast. It was our go- to for all computer related things. This time, Joseph went above and beyond all expectations - I has a major problem with my business computer and was under a lot of stress. Joseph worked late to fix it and came early the next day.
