Recently my car was rear ended at a red traffic light. CAA recommended 2 garages near my home. The first I went to had someone do a quick walk around to eyeball the damages and gave an estimate.
I went to Fix Auto and was welcomed by the manager Cathy. She did a thorough walk around and took several photos. Her estimate was lower than the first garage.
It saves us another trip to have photos taken for submission to CAA.
Cathy even offered to help us get a paid rental car.
The car was fixed within one week and the job was beautifully done and I’m totally satisfied. They are very professional and had great customer service. Excellent communication too! Highly recommended.
