I called the wax bar and the lady answered only saying hello, no introduction to the store at all. She didn’t speak English very well but she was quite rude. I wanted to go in for a wax and she tells me they are closed today and doesn’t at all try to book me for another day. I inform her that Google maps said the salon was open today (Mondays) and she told me it’s closed. I asked if they could update their hours and she says okay bye and hangs up. Very unprofessional, they’ve lost my business.

It's true Diana is amazing..most painless waxing experience I have ever had, even while pregnant. Her hard wax is awesome, she keeps the place top notch hygienic and she takes the time to make it as pain free as possible. Would highly recommend and will return for sure!

I went to this new place for waxing on monday and did full body. Diana was simply amazing. She really took good care of me and took her time in dealing with me. It was the first time i got full body waxing done and all, thus, she was really careful and so patient. I can definatly see myself in going back to her all the times now. I felt almsot nothing and this si coming from someone who cannot deal with pain at all!!!!! What an amazing service: very friendly, positive place and she expalined the differences between waxes and educated me as well as I didnt know much about it. She is such a friendly person as well. I love it!!!!!
